Christine Kasule-Mulimba Human Resource Advisor, Training and Development National Social Security Fund (NSSF) Uganda

Christine Kasule-Mulimba is currently the Human Resource Advisor, Training and Development of the National Social Security Fund (NSSF) Uganda. She is in charge of all development needs of the organization. Her Learning and Development work includes doing Training Needs Assessments as well as designing and evaluating training programmes and following up on the Career development needs of everyone in the Fund. Ms. Mulimba is a seasoned HR Practitioner with a wealth of experience in Employee Relations, Recruitment and Selection, Learning and Development, Performance Management, Competency management and Employee Remuneration. She has also attended several training courses abroad in Strategic Management and Organisational Development. Christine holds a Masters Degree and Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and is very interested in the Changing role of Human Resource Management in particular.
