Human Resource Administration can make or break the HR Executive of an organisation. With that in mind Dawid climbed the corporate ladder after obtaining his B.Soc.Sc and Honours in Industrial Sociology. He became the HR Director of Toyota SA Marketing and the HR Director of McCarthy Motor Holdings. He later realised that he was an entrepreneur and founded Vizual Business Tools (Pty) Ltd – A Human Resources Solutions Company and GAP Junction (Pty) Ltd – A Life Skills Development Company.

Dawid was the Vice President of the Institute of People Management (IPM) and the Interim Executive Director. He is registered as an HR Generalist at the SA Board of Personnel Practice and is one of the SABPP mentors for HR Practitioners. As an HR Executive in the corporate world, he planned and implemented recruitment campaigns, behaviour modelling interventions and also facilitated various organisation transformation programs.
