Dennis Ritter General Manager: e-Shared Services, Systems and People, Analytics Nedbank Group Limited

Dennis is General Manager: e-Shared Services, Systems and People Analytics within Nedbank Group Limited, one of Southern Africa’s top four banking institutions with 24000 employees. He is a leading authority in the Shared Services and HR metrics field. Dennis introduced the concept of leveraging Web and HR virtual call center channels to Nedbank. He has previously held generalist HR Management positions within the organisation and has played a leading role in the Bank’s merger and turnaround initiative from an HR perspective. Before joining Nedbank, Dennis applied his trade within the sphere of management consulting and training to Telco environments, the Defence Industry and the Financial Services sector. Dennis has qualified himself with a Batchelor of Military Science degree, a B.Com (Hons) and has completed an Industrial Psychologist internship. He has completed the Global Executive Development Program through the Gordon Institute of Business Science as well as the Michigan HR Executive Program in the US.
