Mrs. Hagan is a Ghanaian and a product of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi and Ghana’s premier University of Ghana, Legon. She started her career in the Public Service as an Administrative Officer in the 1980’s. She served in various categories in the Service as an administrator. She rose through the ranks to her current position as a Director in the area of Human Resource Management and Development at the Ministry of Communications, Ghana. As a human resource practitioner, she has participated in various HR conferences, seminars and workshops both locally and internationally from the period of her career to date.
