Jife has a B.Sc in Sociology and Anthropology; University of Benin and M.Ed Management; University of Ibadan, Nigeria.She has carried out various consulting assignments in areas of recruitment, operation/manual reviews, manpower development, staff audit, and job evaluation & analysis for various clients in the Oil & gas, Banking, Manufacturing, Public sectors as well as Service Providers. Inclusive is the development and facilitation in various training programs on management development series, report-writing skills, and effective presentation skills. Her specific experience in the implementation exercises of Lawson ERP Software (HR & Payroll module) and Computer-Based Training (CBT) courseware applications has positioned her as a seasoned HRIS Consultant. Jife is currently the Country Content Manager for all Web-based information and knowledge Management Systems. Her current involvement in research as a PhD student in the area of Management Information Systems (MIS) will be beneficial to Higher Learning Institutions in the country as well as the West African Region. Over the years, she has acquired skills to provide effective and comprehensive support to various clients towards attaining set organizational goals and objectives. She also possesses strong leadership, communications and organizational skills.
