PROFESSION: Twenty-seven years experience working in the United States of America and Cameroon as a clinician, university lecturer, and medical researcher focusing on public health and uro-pathology. Did a country-wide survey of prostate diseases, which included a study of prostate cancer and its markers in Cameroon.  Publications and presentations demonstrate ability as researcher and communicator in academic as well as challenging environments, such as collecting data in remote villages. Dedicated to working with resource-poor communities for cost effective public health interventions. Proven record of flexibility and adaptability in dealing with complex medical issues in diverse cultural settings.

Highly effective planner, educator, and administrator of programs for youth in specialized as well lay settings. Experienced in innovating, and adapting techniques and utilities in response to need in poor and under-served environments. Experienced in formulation, development, implementation, appraisal, analysis and evaluation of projects. Versed in planning and executing medical education programs and running a students’ and records office. For the last six months, our administrative skills have been exploited in the coordination and running of the ministry of Public Health, Cameroon which is undergoing sector wide reforms.
