Africa's Human Resource
Club
Africa faces enormous challenges from mobilization, liberalization and rapid technological changes, coupled with debilitating effects of large pools of skilled and experience human resources from the continent. The realization of these changes has given rise to AfricaRecruit to establish an HR Club with a view to seeking lasting solutions to those challenges.
The context and scope of Human Resource Management has changed dramatically. The role of HR specialists has changed from implementation of HR policies to the design of HR systems, which align with organizational strategic objectives; providing advisory and consultancy services on HRM issues to the public service organizations.
Africa Recruit HR Forum is primarily a virtual professional Club across the continent of Africa where Human Resource Professionals:
Share information and experiences on Challenges facing Human Resources Management and development and other contemporary issues related to HR.
Share ideas on how to put in place strategies that promote long-term skills development programmes to build economic reform plans to attract talent and retain employees
